Negotiatress is a Berlin-based initiative providing the tools for women of all ages and backgrounds to negotiate more and better for themselves, and integrate the critical tool of negotiation into every aspect of their daily lives.
The Negotiatress method is about negotiating authentically and feeling comfortable in your own style, rather than copying “one-size-fit-all” negotiation tricks. It is about exploring what it means to be a strong female negotiator, and speaking up for a feminine voice in the world of negotiation.
Negotiatress trainings and workshops are focused on awareness and capability-building, both online and offline, as well as one-on-one private consulting.
About the Founder
I’m Yasmine Guerin, founder of Negotiatress.
After a decade in the field of dialogue and negotiation, I decided to start this initiative to encourage more women not only to negotiate more and better for themselves, but to bring their much needed voice into the world of negotiation.
I deeply believe that the world of negotiation is thirsty for our perspective on negotiation, as well as the set of tools we bring with us.
My years of working and volunteering in the political, NGO and private sector have made it clear to me that there is an urgent need for us to take leading roles in all of these sectors, and step in to shape the discourse in them.
I am a certified mediator, with a Masters in Conflict Research, Management and Resolution. The fields of both my Bachelors degree- Economics and International Relations feed and shape my take on the world of negotiation.

Negotiatress offers negotiation workshops and talks tailor-made to the needs of companies and groups. These are also suitable for independent professionals, working mothers and groups of friends.

Online Course - Intro to Gendered Negotiation
An introductory Negotiatress online course is available on Udemy.
It includes theory and study cases aimed at helping you discover how to use your personal strengths as tools in negotiations and how to identify and improve on your weaker points.
